Anodize Process

​Our sulfuric acid anodize process penetrates the surface of the part and creates a durable build-up of aluminum oxide. Once our anodizing coating is applied, a colored dye can be added to achieve a decorative, durable, colored finish.

PG Imtech has tested, “Anodized Dyed Parts” under Accelerated UV Test Lamps to monitor our colored anodize fade resistance. Test results are available at your request.

SULFURIC ANODIZE per MIL-A-8625 TYPE II, Class I and II. We offer Black, Clear and certain colors depending on production volumes.
